College students on large university campuses often face challenges in the food court, such as long wait times, confusion over orders, and difficulty finding suitable meals and seating. These issues can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction with the overall food court experience.

Students of Karnavati University were sent a questionnaire regarding the OnCampus Dining Service and twenty students underwent personal interviews.These interviews were conducted using the NASA TLX ergonomic assessment. A questionnaire on the job stress index was also answered by the head chef there on behalf of his team.

A technical aspect of our solution is to introduce a digital ordering and payment system. This means students can order their food in advance and get notified when it's ready, so they can avoid long wait times, as well as a token system to manage orders and reduce errors.
